Medication-Assisted Support
Supervised, Safe, and Personalized
Managing medications during detox isn't something that should be left to chance. At Way Home Detox, our Medical Director reviews every patient's medications to ensure they are safe, appropriate, and support recovery—not hinder it. From there, our nursing staff oversees all medication administration so nothing is self-managed or overlooked.

This level of oversight matters. Many people entering detox are on multiple medications, and the interaction between those medications and the detox process can be complex. Having a physician and nursing team involved from day one protects patients, gives families peace of mind, and ensures the care delivered is truly medical—not just supervised.
24/7 Monitoring
Someone's Always Here
Recovery doesn't take breaks, and neither do we. Way Home Detox is staffed around the clock, with nurses and support staff on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Patients are checked on routinely throughout their stay — day and night — so nothing gets missed and no one is left alone in a difficult moment.

Detox can be unpredictable. Symptoms shift, needs change, and the hours between midnight and sunrise can be some of the hardest. Knowing that a trained nurse is always within reach isn't a small thing — it's the difference between a safe detox and a dangerous one. At Way Home Detox, continuous monitoring is a core part of how we care for every patient who comes through our doors.
PRIVATE ROOMS
Your Own Space to Heal
Detox is deeply personal. At Way Home Detox, every patient has their own private room for the duration of their stay. No shared spaces, no strangers in the room — just a quiet, comfortable place that's yours while you go through one of the hardest things you'll ever do.

Having that privacy matters more than people often realize. Detox is physically and emotionally exhausting, and being able to rest, process, and recover without the stress of a shared environment makes a real difference. Your space is your own — a place to feel safe, be honest, and focus entirely on getting well.
NUTRITION
Fueling Your Recovery from the Inside Out
Addiction takes a serious toll on the body. Many people entering detox are malnourished, depleted, and running on empty — which makes the detox process even harder to endure. At Way Home Detox, we treat food as part of the treatment. Patients receive nourishing, well-balanced meals throughout their stay because what you put in your body directly affects how well you heal.

Good nutrition during detox helps restore energy, stabilize mood, support organ function, and ease withdrawal symptoms. It's not an afterthought — it's medicine. When the body has what it needs to repair itself, recovery becomes more manageable, and patients leave in a stronger, healthier state than when they arrived.

IV Nurse
Detox is hard on the body. Dehydration, nausea, and nutritional depletion are common — and they make withdrawal even harder to get through. At Way Home Detox, we partner with a licensed IV nurse to provide medically supervised IV therapy for our patients. This means faster rehydration, better absorption of vitamins and electrolytes, and more comfort during one of the most physically demanding experiences of a person's life. It's one more way we make sure our patients aren't just getting through detox — they're being genuinely cared for while they do.

K9 Saftey Sweeps
A safe detox environment starts with knowing the space is truly clean. Way Home Detox conducts regular K9 safety sweeps of our facility using a trained drug-detection dog. This isn't about distrust — it's about accountability and protection for every person in our care. Patients and their families can rest assured that our home is free from substances, giving everyone the safest possible foundation to begin recovery.
